
Short Description: This fully online course introducing fundamental concepts, structure and function of the American legal system. Emphasizes the role of law in society rather than rules of law. Includes sources of law, court systems, dispute resolution, constitutional law, torts, criminal law, contracts, and legal reasoning. This course transfers to the U.W.
