BUS 119 D1: Leadership Management Skills
Short Description: Projects
managers, team leaders, and work group managers must be able to
integrate people, projects, and sponsors inside and outside the
organization in order to complete tasks and deliverables on time. This
course will teach you effective leadership, the difference between
leading and managing , and the various styles of each. Learn through
participation in role playing and other activities. It will also include
responsibilities, team development, team dynamics, personality types,
influence with out authority, conflict management, and organizational
and cultural influence on a project.

Please Note: It is very important when
you log into your Angel account for the first time that you update
your email address. Once logged in go to "Preferences/Personal
Information. In the "User Profile Editor" you need to enter a
current email address in the "Contact Settings". This will insure
that auto tech support will be able to reach you.
The protocol for logging into your ANGEL Learning class account:

your full 9 digit Student ID number.
Please note: Student accounts will not be available until
the first day of the quarter. Registering after the first day of the
quarter your account may take 24 to 48 hours to be activated. ware
For classes using an online component, we suggest that you download
the free version of
Internet Explorer or
Mozilla
Firefox and use one of these browsers whether or not AOL is your
Internet Service Provider. Otherwise, if you are using the AOL
browser, the built in shortcuts may cause problems with most North
Online course tools. If you have loaded a special software tool bar
such as the Google or Yahoo toolbar this may interfere with your
courseware and cause it to not work properly please go to our
