AMA 103 D4: Ethical Concepts
Short Description: Introduction
to ethical terms and concepts related to ambulatory healthcare. Includes
medical ethical and bioethical issues, AAMA Code of Ethics, AMA Ethical
Guidelines, allocation of scarce resources, abortion and fetal tissue
research, genetic engineering, artificial insemination and surrogacy,
and dying and death.

Be sure to
deactivate pop-up window blockers on your computer when using ANGEL
Learning.
Please Note: It is very important when
you log into your Angel account for the first time that you update
your email address. Once logged in go to "Preferences/Personal
Information. In the "User Profile Editor" you need to enter a
current email address in the "Contact Settings". This will insure
that auto tech support will be able to reach you.
The protocol for logging into your ANGEL Learning class account:
UserID =
your full 9 digit Student ID number.
Password =
your full 9 digit Student ID number.
Please note: Student accounts will not be available until
the first day of the quarter. Registering after the first day of the
quarter your account may take 24 to 48 hours to be activated.
For classes using ANGEL LMS, we suggest that you download
the free version of
Internet Explorer or
Mozilla
Firefox. At this time the Safari browser is not supported. If you have loaded a special software tool bar
such as the Google or Yahoo toolbar this may interfere with your
courseware and cause it to not work properly please go to our
tech support on
